The launch event was an outdoor event held simultaneously in two countries – UAE and Saudi Arabia at three locations. The set-up included 30 cycles with smart trainers and iPads set in three locations (Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh) for 15 days.The launch of the map hosted 30 players from Abu Dhabi, 30 players from Dubai and 30 players from Riyadh. We were responsible for conceptualizing a variety of events in selected venues and managing all the logistical requirements; including but not limited to design, 3D renders, full venue brandings, AV, security, fabrication and more.
